Funny thing happened today. It started last night. We were looking online for some crew Wacom tablets with which to draw on, and not having much luck (seeing as how we have no money and it’s very expensive to teleport electronics across interstellar distances to uncharted regions of space). E.g. used Wacom tablets. Long search short we found a too-good-to-be-true deal on Craigslist and emailed the sellers. They answered via electronic mail this morning asking if we could pick up the tablets at lunch in Chelsea. I happened to notice an interesting domain for the sender’s address: @wleaders.com. For those of you who are true animanerds this may give you a little jolt of joy. It did to me.
Cut to two hours later: Kash and I were geeking the hell out in the elevator on our way to pick up some goodies from World Leaders Entertainment (yes, the studio that does a lot of the U.S. work for VENTURE BROS.). They were very nice and tolerant of our barely contained nerdgasms. There was a Monarch chest plate on the wall. Guh.
Props to World Leaders! You are so much cooler than our world leaders. On our way out they even gave us an extra hand-me-down Wacom.
